Description

The Hiwin QH Series is designed with the same higher load capacity and rigidity as the HG series when compared to other similar products.  These use the same HG rail as our HG Series Llnear guide.

The blocks are manufactured with a circular-arc groove and structure optimization in mind. These blocks have a caged-ball design that allows for improved circulation and elimination of contact between the bearings. The result is a drastic reduction in noise levels and improved lubrication, and you don’t have to worry about the ball bearings falling out when handling the block.

The QH series maintains the same 4-way equal load capacity in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions as the HG series, and are self-aligning to absorb installation-error. QH Series Linear Guide achieves a long life with high speed, high accuracy, and smooth linear motion.

These are all new in factory packaging where applicable. Shipping is free within the contiguous US. The linear guides come with a full set of bolt caps and grease fittings. Please use the selector above to order 1 or 2 rails with 1 or 2 blocks per rail in whatever length you would like.
