Description

The Hiwin QH block series is designed with the same higher load capacity and rigidity as the HG series when compared to other similar products.  These blocks are intended to be used with the same HG rails as the HG series blocks.

The blocks are manufactured with a circular-arc groove and structure optimization in mind. These blocks have a caged-ball design that allows for improved circulation and elimination of contact between the bearings. As a result, there is a drastic reduction in noise levels and improved lubrication, and you don’t have to worry about the ball bearings falling out when handling the block.

These blocks maintain the same 4-way equal load capacity in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions as the HG series, and are self-aligning to absorb installation-error. The QHH series blocks achieve a long life with high speed, high accuracy, and smooth linear motion.

These blocks are all new in factory packaging. Shipping is available worldwide. A grease fitting is provided for each block.
